Closing of the seventh Euroasian Teleforum
(The “Globalismus” performance)

On 20 November, at the closing ceremony of the TV forum which had been held at the Moscow House of Music, Oleg Arnautov realised the “live decorations” project with human puppets in costumes-flags of paper and self-adhesive coloured films who during the whole ceremony were on the stage lining up and forming some absurd “MONUMENTS”.
