NeTV parody programme (TV pilot project)

The NeTV programme has a complicated story. When we were demonstrating the first episode of the “News from the ‘Leave your footprint’ TV company” to the producer Matvienko who represents the Russkiy Mir TV Channel we considered the possibility of broadcasting videoart on TV. “Our delegation” represented by O.
